Release of Liability and Confidentiality

I acknowledge that I am here to inspire my own personal growth and transformation as a human being.

I take full responsibility for my individual experience and outcome associated with the Lightworkers Universe - Divine Vision program and beyond.

Under no circumstances will instructors/teachers or Lightworkers Universe be held responsible for my actions or circumstances.

My heirs, guardians, legal representatives and l, hereby and forever release, waive, and discharge any claims against Lightworkers Universe, Divine Vision, and any of their associates, affiliates, or family. Under No Circumstances Shall Lightworkers Universe or its instructors/teachers be Liable for Any Damages that Result from the Use of or Inability To Use the Services of Lightworkers Universe - Divine Vision program, including the lightworkersu.com website and all social media venues, including but not limited to reliance by a user on any information obtained from lightworkersu.com website or social media venues.

User Hereby Acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, courses, and services available through Lightworkers Universe.

I acknowledge that this membership content and all program’s intentions are to provide information and education, as well as a sacred space of trust and privacy for those involved.

As a member of the Lightworkers Universe “tribe” I agree to honor the sanctity of confidentiality while immersed in the Lightworkers Universe courses and programs.

I agree to maintain said confidentiality for the duration of my human existence.

I acknowledge and accept that I take full & sole responsibility for myself and all decisions, choices, actions, and results before, during and after Lightworkers Universe - Divine Vision program.

There are many factors that influence my success, so no guarantees are made as to the results I will experience through Lightworkers Universe.

I acknowledge that the Lightworkers Universe programs do not allow for cancellations or refunds of any kind. I recognize that the space which I have agreed to occupy is a highly sought after position. Should I decide at any point that I no longer wish to participate in Lightworkers Universe to any extent, I do so with the complete awareness that I will not receive compensation of any sort or a refund in any amount. If I have chosen the payment option, I agree to complete all payment installments as scheduled.

I have carefully and thoroughly read and understand this agreement. I am aware that by checking this box, I am agreeing to and I am legally bound to the aforementioned statements.
